LOCAL FREEMASONS DONATE TO THE HEATH STROKE CLUB

The sum of £1000 has been awarded by the Provincial Grand Master's Fund Committee, for the benefit of the Heath Stroke Club in Halifax.   This will be matched by monies raised at the De Warren Lodge. The Heath Stroke Club will be using this money to create a garden area for it's clients together with suitable outdoor furnishings.  This will greatly enhance the service that the Club provides to stroke victims, particularly during the summer months.              

JAN 2011 - MASONIC AID TO NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA

The President of the Grand Charity has approved an emergency grant of £30,000 to support New Zealand Red Cross Response.

The President of the Grand Charity has approved an emergency grant of £20,000  in response to Australian floods.

MARCH 2011 - URGENT MASONIC AID TO JAPAN FOLLOWING THE EARTHQUAKE AND TSUNAMI

The President of the Grand Charity has approved an emergency grant of £50,000 to the British Red Cross, to assist with its Japan Tsunami Appeal.
